Dr. Michael Colangelo
Dr. Michael Colangelo’s dreams of being a dentist began as a small child. He had a phenomenal dentist, and he told his parents that when he grew up he was going to be just like that dentist. He worked hard and in 2007 he earned his dental degree from Indiana University. Throughout his four-year tenure, he was the president of his class and received numerous awards in academics, professionalism and patient care. In September of 2007 his dreams came true when he purchased Grapevine Dental.
His vision for Grapevine Dental is to provide the best general and cosmetic dental care in Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, and the entire DFW region. He strongly believes that coming to the dentist should be a pleasant experience and no one should ever have to be afraid of the dentist.
At Grapevine Dental, you will always be greeted by a friendly face, and you should never have to wait past your appointment time. Dr. Colangelo prides himself on education and will always strive to explain any procedures before we ever start work. Any questions are always welcome, and your comfort is his primary concern.
A strong believer in furthering his dental education, Dr. Colangelo began offering Invisalign in 2008 and, after attending the California Implant Institute, began offering dental implants in 2009. He has since attended numerous dental conferences – the most recent being a week-long live implant continuum in May of 2018. He believes this commitment to further education is vital because it allows him to better serve the needs of his patients.
Dr. Colangelo is a member of both the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association. To fulfill his strong sense of commitment to the community, he has twice organized a dental extraction clinic with Dr. Brown from Northern Texas Facial and Oral Surgery. In this clinic, Dr. Colangelo offered free teeth extractions and treatment planning for members of the community in need.

“I love the people I work with. It feels like I work with friends instead of coworkers. “
When she is away from the practice, Danielle likes hanging out with my husband and taking her dog on adventures on any trails she can find.
“I enjoy the people I work with and all the latest technology we have here to make your dental experiences better.”
During her free time, Madison likes to travel to new places, watch and go to sports events, go shopping, and spend time with her family, friends and sweet dog name Oliver.
She's a huge bundle of sunshine at the office and is quick to make sure everyone's day starts off right. As as assistant, one of Madison's greatest strengths is making sure that our patients feel calm and comfortable while they are visiting us.

“Making patients feel comfortable and apart of the Grapevine Dental family. I love getting to know all of my patients and relating to them. There is also an art to dentistry that intrigues me.
I was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, which is why I am a diehard Packers fan and grew up in Medford, Oregon. I made the decision to move to Texas five years ago and am so happy I made that decision.
Spending time with friends and family is my most favorite thing to do in my spare time. My pride and joy is my dapple dachshund Bella, she just turned four in May. She is treated like my child. I also love being outdoors and hiking whenever I get the chance to travel outside of Texas. I enjoy spending time on the lake.”
Debra’s hometown of Batson, TX is a very small town about halfway between Houston and Beaumont. She attended Lamar University to earn her dental hygiene degree and started working at Grapevine Dental in 2006.
“I enjoy my co-workers. We are a family here. I have loved getting to know the patients; most of them have been patients for much of their lives. I try to give the best care and information that can help them in the day-to-day care of their oral health.”
When Debra is away from the clinic, you will find her playing tennis. She is on both a women’s team and a co-ed team with her husband. Debra enjoys reading and challenging herself with DIY projects.
